All staff is CPR and First Aid certified and meets all of the State of Michigan educational requirements for their positions at Wee Care Child Development Center.
Our Infant teachers at Wee Care Child Development Center are very loving, patient, and possesses an attentive nature. They have created a warm and responsive environment for our infants to grow and thrive in. Our infant room is bright, clean, and very colorful. Each baby has a “primary” care provider who focuses personally on them each day. We understand that it can be very difficult leaving your precious infant in the care of someone else. Our care providers collaborate with parents to develop personal sleeping and feeding schedules that work best for you and your infant.
We reassure you that each care provider works daily with your infant in stimulating your baby’s cognitive, emotional, and physical development through age-appropriate activities that are posted outside on a weekly basis. Our center is equipped with a highly effective communication site called “Tadpoles.” Each day, your child will have their daily report sent directly to your phone informing you of diapers, naps, bottles and more. The primary focus for our Infant Program is to create a safe environment where each baby feels secure and loved. All of our infant staff responds to each baby with a lot engaging smiles, and many kind words throughout the day!
